The Full Gospel Youth Ministry of Mission Cameroon is dedicated to providing a well-rounded program for young people that fosters spiritual growth, fellowship, outreach, and personal development. In order to achieve this, the ministry has established a comprehensive planning process that involves careful consideration of the needs of young people, setting clear objectives, securing necessary resources, and collaboration with local assemblies. The ministry’s dedication to excellence and the active participation of young people in the planning process ensures the continuous improvement of the program and the achievement of its goals.
The planning process begins with an assessment of the needs of young people in the community. This includes identifying the areas where they need support and guidance, as well as their interests and passions. Based on this assessment, the ministry sets clear objectives for each activity. These objectives may include spiritual growth, evangelism, discipleship, community impact, or talent development.
Once the objectives are set, the ministry determines suitable dates and locations for each activity. Factors such as availability of venues, school holidays, and local church calendars are taken into consideration. The ministry also secures the necessary resources, including finances, manpower, equipment, and materials, to support the activities. Fundraising efforts may be organized to ensure adequate funding for larger-scale events.
The ministry forms committees to oversee the planning and execution of specific activities. Each committee is responsible for different aspects, such as logistics, program content, publicity, and participant registration. Collaboration with local assemblies plays a crucial role in the success of these activities. Working closely with local assemblies allows for shared resources, expertise, and participation from local church leaders.
After each activity, an evaluation is conducted to assess its success and impact. Feedback from participants, leaders, and stakeholders is gathered to make improvements for future activities. This allows the ministry to continuously improve the planning process and ensure that the activities align with the overall vision and goals of the youth department.
